About the Journal
Tekno Labmed (Journal of Medical Laboratory Technology) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal managed by the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology, Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan, Indonesia. This journal serves as a platform for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, and students to publish original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies in the field of medical laboratory technology and laboratory medicine.
The scope of the journal covers hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, parasitology, immunoserology, molecular biology, toxicology, laboratory management, as well as innovation and application of laboratory technology in medical and health sciences.
Tekno Labmed is published twice a year, in June and December, and implements a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the scientific quality, credibility, and integrity of every published manuscript.
As an open-access journal, Tekno Labmed provides free and unrestricted access to all published articles without any submission or publication fees, reflecting its commitment to supporting the dissemination of scientific knowledge and advancing the development of medical laboratory technology.
