Method: this research method is a descriptive survey research design to describe hypertension patients with Accidental Sampling sampling technique the population of this study were elderly people with hypertension at the Puskesmas Km 11 Siempat, Nempu Hulu District with a sample size of 49 respondents and willing to be research subjects.
